The Royal Veterinary College (RVC) is the second oldest vet school in the world and Number one vet school in Europe.
The RVC teaches veterinary medicine and a gateway foundation year, veterinary nursing, as well as bioscience pathways which focus on animal science and are accredited by the RSB!

RVC's Animal Academy
If you are interested in working with animals in the future. check out the Animal Academy.
This is a brand-new online programme to support young people from under-represented backgrounds to reach their goals of studying and working with animals. Members have access to exclusive support, advice and monthly events about animal careers, going to university, and of course learning from the RVC’s student and animal experts!
To join the Animal Academy you must be aged 13 or above, and attend a state school in the UK. You will also need to meet some additional criteria such as being the first in your family to go to university, be eligible for Free School Meals, or live in an area with low progression rates to higher education.
