An RSB Podcast: Biosphere
Biosphere is a Royal Society of Biology podcast that covers the broad field of the life sciences by interviewing bioscience researchers and discussing interesting biological discoveries and science policy.
Biosphere will launch Monday 16th October, and a new episode will be published each week.
Episode 1: Translating research into policy
In our very first episode of the Biosphere Podcast, we dive into the world of animal behaviour and talk to Professor Sir Ian Boyd, RSB's President about his research and his science policy experience as Defra's Chief Scientific Advisor.

Episode 3: Mitigating the effects of climate change
The focus for this episode is climate change and the environment, where we speak about conservation methods and the implications of rising temperatures. Our guest is Professor Oswald Schmitz from Yale University who discus
ses the links between rewilding and carbon capture.
