Enjoy a visit to one of the oldest visitor attractions in Northern Ireland

Belfast Zoo is now a leading and award-winning visitor attraction in Northern Ireland, with more than 200,000 visitors each year. Like many zoos around the world, Belfast Zoo plays a vital role in the conservation of species at risk.

With over 500 animals, more than 110 species, and 55 acres to explore, find everything you need to have a ‘zooper' visit to Belfast Zoo. The zoo has cafés, car parking and changing facilities and a “zoovenir shop”.

Owing to an ongoing maintenance plan the zoo is currently updating it's Monkey House so monkeys have been relocated to other parts of the zoo on a temporary basis, but this will not disrupt our visit.
