Royal Society of Biology AGM
Annual General Meeting 2019
Volunteering as a Trustee on the RSB Council is one of the best ways to help influence how the Royal Society of Biology delivers its charitable aims and acts as a unified voice for biology. This year there is one vacancy on Council, open to Individual Members of the Society. Voting has now closed and the results of the election will be announced at the AGM.
The following resolutions will be voted on by members at the Annual General Meeting 2019:
- Approval of the Annual Report and Accounts of the Society for the year October 2017 - September 2018.
- Authorisation for Council to appoint haysmacintyre as the Society’s auditors for the financial year October 2018 - September 2019 and to set their remuneration.
