An intensive course to enhance skills in multidimensional imaging and analysis using light microscopy

Overview

With a mix of theoretical sessions and hands-on experience, the programme aims to deepen the delegates' understanding of advanced microscopy techniques and enable them to apply their newly acquired knowledge in research settings.

The training is developed and delivered by the Crick Advanced Light Microscopy (CALM) Science Technology Platforms (STPs), and you can find out more about the team.

The event is intended for core facility staff and postdoctoral researchers with a basic understanding of light microscopy. Ideal participants are those with a minimum three to five years' experience in a research environment, with one to two years' experience in basic microscopy.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

This training is approved by the Royal Society of Biology. Training course approval is an independent review process that recognises relevant, high quality training. Upon completion of this course, attendees can claim 150 CPD points.
