A special evening to mark a significant moment for the Royal Society of Biology


As Dr Mark Downs CBiol CSci FRSB prepares to retire in September 2025 after nearly 16 years as Chief Executive, RSB will be celebrating his leadership and welcoming his successor, Dr Doug Brown.

Dr Mark Downs has played a pivotal role in shaping the RSB, from leading its formation to growing its membership and influence. This reception will bring together sector colleagues to reflect on his tenure and look ahead to the Society's future.

Attendance is by invitation only, and invited guests can register using the link at the top of the page.
